1. Take out the hook. You need to ensure the hanging hook is vertically down(if not it will not work).

2. Pull down the rope perpendicularly to the ground(you can not block in different height if the basket is less than 1KG).

3. Pull the rope on desired height, if it had not block, do not immediately let go.

4. In the slowest speed (Suggestion 10mm/s), retake or pull about 1cm-3cm to block it.

5. The hook's using method is opposite with the seat belt.

6. Slowly pulling strings to make it block in the hook of erecting.
