Q1: Why the chlorine levels are still high after filtration?

A1: You may use the wrong test! There are two common testing kits: OTO and DPD. OTO does NOT measure free chlorine, instead of outputting total combined chlorine. Please choose the DPD testing kit for an accurate test.

Q2: How often need the filter to be changed?

A2: The capacity of each cartridge is 12,000 gallons of water, it is suggested to change every 2-3 months for families/ 3-4 months for couples/ 4-6 months for a single person.

Q3: Which side should be facing up when changing the filter?

A3: Steel mesh end facing up and the end with holes facing down.

Q4: Why the filtered water is black for the first time use?

A4: The shower filter needs to be rinsed for the first use! Place it under warm running water for 60 seconds, then turn it over to rinse.
