Yes, we recommend vacuuming before using any carpet cleaner. This allows your cleaner to perform better and last longer

Can this machine also be used as a vacuum cleaner?

PowerDash is designed to make carpet cleaning/washing easier and faster and is not intended for use as a vacuum. We recommend vacuuming before using PowerDash on a carpet

How easy is it to clean?

PowerDash is easy to clean. It has a removable nozzle that allows easy access to the brush roll so you can remove any dirt or debris residue from the cleaner. The Dirty Water Tank also has a fully removable lid for convenient cleanup

Do the brushes come out for cleaning?

Yes, the brushes can be removed for easy cleaning. There are instructions on how to remove the brush roll within the maintenance section of the included user manual for PowerDash
