Ingredients:
Bread flour – 420g (about 3 ⅓ cups), Milk (lukewarm) – 260ml (about 1 cup + 1 tbsp), Sugar – 25g (2 tbsp), Unsalted butter (soft) – 25g (2 tbsp),
Salt – 6g (1 tsp), Instant dry yeast – 5g (1 ½ tsp)
Procedure:
1. Mix all ingredients in a big bowl. Knead the dough by hand for about 10–15 minutes until smooth, or use a stand mixer if you have one.
2. Let the dough rise in a covered bowl for about 1–1.5 hours, until doubled in size.
3. Divide the dough: 450g for the big pan, 200g for the small pan, shape into logs or small balls and place into greased pans.
4. Second rise: Let the dough rise in the pans (covered loosely or with lids slightly open) until it's about 80% full.

Tips:
1. Use warm milk, not hot (around 100°F/38°C).
2. Grease the pans and lids well.
3. Don’t overfill—leave space for dough to rise before baking.

1. First-Time Use: Before using for the first time, apply butter inside the pan and bake for 5 minutes to enhance the non-stick performance. Later, clean it with kitchen paper.
2. Easy Cleaning: After baking, allow the pullman pan to return to room temperature before washing. Clean with hot water, mild soap, a gentle scrub brush or sponge, and dry thoroughly. For excess moisture, bake the pan in a low-temperature oven. Store in a cool, dry place, and avoid washing with sharp or abrasive materials.
3. Ideal for Baking: Prior to baking, lightly brush the interior with butter and a dusting of flour before pouring in the batter for better baking effect.
