What’s new with Restore 3?

Notable updates from Restore 2 include new sleep sounds, improved audio and more controls on the device, like buttons to advance, pause and swap content so you can truly keep your phone out of the bedroom.

How does the sunrise alarm work?

The Restore Sunrise Alarm mimics a natural dawn to gently wake you up with light before your alarm sounds. This gradual exposure to light prompts your brain to release cortisol, the hormone that cues your body to wake naturally and gently.

What is +? Is + required to use Restore 3?

+ is an optional sleep subscription service that unlocks more premium content and experiences. Your Restore comes with a free 30 day trial that renews at $59.99/year or $5.99/month. Cancel anytime.

Do I have to download the app to use my Restore?

Yes. The free companion Sleep app makes it easy to customize or edit your sleep and wake up routine, play light and sound whenever you want, and more.
