Yes! The Dell Pro Tower Plus Business Desktop specifically supports three independent 4K monitors via DisplayPort. It has three DisplayPort 1.4a (HBR3) ports on the back.

Note that it does not include HDMI ports, so you'll need DisplayPort-compatible monitors.
