Why does the oil color change from time to time?

Your multivitamin can come in many shades of gold. Our soy-free Vitamin E, a nutrient that provides antioxidant support against free radicals, comes from Buenos Aires, Argentina and can have natural, seasonal color variability from lot to lot.*

Do I need Calcium in my multivitamin?

In the scientific community, there is debate on risks of over-supplementation. So, we included “helper nutrients”: Vitamin D3, Vitamin K2, Magnesium, & Boron, to support bone health and complement the Calcium you’re already getting from your diet.

Do I need Iron in my multivitamin?

The Recommended Daily Allowance is 8 mg. Almost all women over 50 reach this daily value through diet alone, so you won’t find it in Essential for Women 50+.
